I moved to Fernandina 6 years ago knowing no one. I remember sitting outside of the Turtle thinking “I can’t go inside by myself, people are going to think I’m weird!” I met my first friends Melanie and Brian Grimley,  owners of Lagniappe, that night. (lucky, I know!) Everyone I met that night was very nice and so kind to me. It’s crazy for me to look back now and see that girl who was so worried she wouldn’t make it. Not only has Nassau County embraced me, I’ve decided to put down roots and make this slice of heaven my forever home! I’m so grateful to Mike and the team at Eye Envy for the love, support and joy that I’ve been given over the last 6 years. Eye Envy will always be in my heart, even as I make a move. Bitter sweet but Tuesday October 31 will be my last day seeing patients at Eye Envy.  I will be opening my own new office on Amelia Island in December- See Easy EyeCare. I know you all have lots of questions that I hope this message addresses.  Thank you again to Mike and the entire amazing team I’ve worked with! I love you all! 

1. Any patient that saw Dr. Bradley or Dr. Cwikla over the last 6 years- your records remain the property of Dr Bradley and will follow her. If you wish to have your record returned to Eye Envy and their new doctor, it will be sent back at your request. 
2. Any outstanding bills from Dr Bradley will come from See Easy EyeCare in the future.
3. Eye Evny will remain at both locations servicing Nassau County, as always. 
4. If you purchased glasses at Eye Envy, any glasses warranty/lens warranty must be done with Eye Envy.
5. Many of you need exams, I’m sorry. We have tried to accommodate as best we could. I anticipate opening my new location in December and will try to get everyone in as quickly as I can. Please understand getting an entire office remodeled and together takes time and that timeline is out of our control. 
6. Dr. Cwikla left in April and is living and working in Jacksonville- both Eye Envy and Dr. Bradley are working to accommodate her patients.  Yes we miss her too! 
7. All the staff at Eye Envy will remain with Eye Envy- I am super sad about it too. 
8. Insurances will remain the same minus one. We will no longer be a provider for Humana Gold Medicare. We continue to take VSP, Eyemed, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare and Tricare. If you have a specific question please reach out.  Please be patient with us as we transition the insurances over to the new office- this can take time and that timeline is also out of our control. 
9. Issues with glasses or contacts- please reach out. I will still get you fixed up like normal. 
10. Need to order contacts- both Eye Envy and myself can order for you.
